Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds, all sales are final.
If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unseal or manhandle product, Product must be returned the exact way it was received as unsealed or manhandled products are not eligible for returns and we will not accept it.

Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts code to it. Please be sure to double check your order before making your purchase.

Federal law states you cannot return skin care products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost.

Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and / or stolen packages.

COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since some of our products are custom made and also not factory made such as Velvety facial repair, Snow White , Pure White, Egyptian milk e.t.c We cannot guarantee that product will have the same color or smell being that we have different mix, but product will surely serve the same purpose. We recommend you notify us immediately, should you have any further queries, for clarification sake.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $300 will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.
