I never received my ordered

I place the order on December 31st, and today is January's 29th i have not received my order, when I sent an email to their whatsapp customer service, they keep telling me they have shipped my order and provided me an incorrect tracking number. When I reached out agin to their whatsapp customer service number, they keep telling me that my order is in transit. Really? I am so disappointed to your poor customers service. I have been a customer for years, and I have never had any issue like this time. Your customer service is getting worse and worse every time.

Not received my order

I contacted support to help me deliver my order through the official website, Instagram and WhatsApp, but to no avail. My money was not refunded and not responded to for more than a month, By the way I had placed the request to deliver my shipment quickly and paid for it, but also to no avail. I hereby warn buyers from this store.
