Lotion did not work. Face cream did though

Horrible customer service

The product itself is wonderful. However the customer service is horrible ,I ordered two quantities of this product and I only received one. Management promise me that they would ship the rest of my product but I’ve been going around circles with this company. I have been more than patience because it’s been 24 days so I’m currently in the process of disputing the charges with my bank. Companies like this make it extremely hard to support black own businesses not that we don’t want but the customer service is never up to par.
